Because SHARPe & Steady™ digital products provide immediate access to downloadable or hosted materials, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable once access has been provided, unless different terms are expressly stated on the applicable product sales page.

If you experience a technical problem accessing your purchase or believe you were charged in error, please contact Johnna Sharpe LLC. We will work with you to confirm the transaction and resolve the access or billing issue promptly.

This policy applies to the digital product purchase. It does not change any rights that cannot legally be waived or limited under applicable law.
